Air Conditioning & Wi-Fi
Every rental on Phu Quoc — bungalow, villa, apartment, or homestay — comes with air conditioning as a standard feature. Phu Quoc's tropical climate sits between 27°C and 34°C year-round, so reliable, powerful A/C is non-negotiable. Split-unit inverter systems are standard in all our properties, ensuring quiet, energy-efficient cooling even during the hottest months (April–May). Each bedroom and living area has its own independent unit.
Wi-Fi is included in every rental at no extra charge. Connection speeds vary by property type: apartments and villas typically offer fibre connections of 50–100 Mbps, more than sufficient for remote work, video calls, and streaming in multiple rooms simultaneously. Bungalows and homestays typically provide 30–50 Mbps shared connections — fast enough for one or two devices. Phu Quoc's internet infrastructure has improved dramatically since 2022; dropped connections are rare. We also recommend picking up a local SIM card (Viettel, Vinaphone) at Phu Quoc Airport for mobile data backup — 30 GB costs around $7–10.
Kitchen & Cooking Facilities
All our apartments and villas include a fully equipped kitchen with induction or gas hob, oven (villas), refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, and a full set of cookware, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Bungalows are equipped with a kitchenette: a two-ring electric hob, mini-fridge, kettle, and basic utensils. Not suited for elaborate cooking, but perfect for morning coffee, light meals, and storing drinks. Homestays typically offer shared kitchen access with the host family — often the most authentic option if you want to learn Vietnamese cooking techniques or sample home-cooked pho and bánh mì.

Private Pool, Shared Pool & Beach Access
Villas on Phu Quoc almost universally include a private swimming pool — this is a near-standard feature that distinguishes Phu Quoc villa rentals from equivalent properties in Bali or Phuket. Pool sizes range from a compact 5×3 m plunge pool to full 12×4 m lap pools in the larger luxury villas. All pools are serviced weekly, chlorine-balanced, and lit for evening use.
Apartments and bungalows in resort-style complexes typically offer access to a shared pool on the property grounds — often a generous 15–25 m communal pool with sun loungers, pool bar, and garden surrounds. Many of our bungalows and several villas are positioned within a 2–5 minute walk of Long Beach (Bai Truong), Phu Quoc's 20 km west-coast stretch, or the calmer Ong Lang Beach to the north. Practical Amenities: Parking, Laundry & Essentials
Parking is included at no extra cost in virtually all our properties — a significant advantage on Phu Quoc, where a rented motorbike is effectively the only practical transport option outside Duong Dong town. Secure covered parking for one or two motorbikes is standard; villas include space for a car. If you need a motorbike rental, we can arrange one from $5–8/day.
Washing machine access is included in all apartments and villas — either in-unit or in a shared laundry area within the building. Bungalows and homestays typically offer a laundry service or a shared machine for a small fee ($2–4 per load). Dryers are less common given Phu Quoc's year-round sunshine; a drying rack on the terrace does the job.
All rentals are provided with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries at the start of every stay. Most properties include: hotel-quality bed linen, at least two bath towels per guest, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Beach towels are provided in beachfront properties. A safe for valuables is present in all villa and apartment bedrooms.

Airport transfer from Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC) is included with most of our rental bookings — no need to negotiate with taxi drivers on arrival. The airport is located 10 km from Long Beach and approximately 3 km from Duong Dong town. Transfer time is 10–20 minutes depending on your property's location. For long-term stays (30+ nights) both arrival and departure transfers are included as standard.
